However, clerk Kathy went above and beyond today to assist me with mailing two complex items to Australia. She is so knowledgeable and even repackaged one of my items to secure it, and to endeavor to make it more cost effective to send; all done with an amazing smile and utmost professionalism. Outstanding service!
