- BBBridgetAug 3, 20261.0My packages are frequently being delivered to the wrong porch without any obvious pathways for recourse. If you submit a lost mail claim, you just get told it was correctly delivered. This is ridiculous. I have no idea where my packages are ending up and I keep having to spend extra time just trying to get help to recover them. I don't know what is so hard about checking the building number and unit number to verify a correct delivery, or just deliver it to my mailbox so I don't have to deal with this at all.
