- NMNatali Marchuk1 day ago1.0Very disappointing service. The post office does not open on time according to its posted schedule. There is almost always a long line of people waiting, and the staff seems unable to keep up.
- MEMya Elisabeth2 days ago1.0Numerous people I've sent letters to has told me my mail is missing that I've sent it through this post office. Most of the staff is nice but there is one lady in particular who is always so rude it sours your whole day.
- KKKristinaAug 21, 20261.0The Asian woman working at this location is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Even though this location is minutes from my house I almost want to avoid this location because of her. The amount of times I’ve seen her rudely turning people away because it’s minutes from closing (even though she’s only allowed to lock the door AFTER closing not five minutes before) . Once she almost didn’t take my package but I adamantly said “there’s still 3 minutes, you can scan my pre paid package”. She also reaches over to the customer screen and presses the green smiley face quickly when it asks about how satisfied you are with your experience. I’m not sure if she only does this to me or anyone she thinks will press the red frowny face. Which is the only result of any encounter with this woman.
