- KBKirsten Bailey3 days ago1.0Rude staff. They have the attitude of 'we don't care, we don't have to'. I listened to the lady with half a haircut say I'm telling you, I'm not asking you to a customer. I took in 2 pages of a cert. of mailing and asked for 1 sticker. The tall guy said it had to have a sticker on each page. I said Lake Stevens uses 1 sticker for $6.75. He said Do you want to go to Lake Stevens? Really? Why yes I will in the future or the Bothell PO.

- GMGary M6 days ago1.0Went in to return an online order, item was in priority mail bag. Roland was unhelpful and even lash out at me the customer. It’s not that deep, just get me a box or put up a sign what return items should go in. Things are just unclear. The man is just incompetent and rude. I’m even more surprised he work there, there so many negative comments about him. There’s one more, must be a record.

The tracking information showed it going through the wrong area/ZIP Code, even though the sender provided proof that the package was correctly addressed. I went to the post office in person more than once, provided my tracking number, correct address, and phone number, and was told they would investigate and contact me. I never received a proper follow-up or a clear explanation of what happened. Eventually, I was simply told that the package was lost. This was a high-value international package, so the lack of communication, accountability, and assistance has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better handling and customer service from USPS.
