  Super friendly guy helping in there, everybody in there is always great. And frankly, I don’t expect that at a UPS store so it’s refreshing.

  Unlike someone who mentioned here, Becky was absolutely nice to me and helped a lot with notary. I returned the next day to get the balance documents notarized only to learn she had left for the day. The other guy - JD or something who’s apparently the manager and a notary ‘declared’ he’s denying service today because they are short staffed. I offered to wait until the crowd cleared but he flatly refused to notarize and kept saying ‘No I’m just not going to do it today’. Wasn’t super helpful the day before either. I think they are well aware of the worst service and the mannerisms they offer but hardly care knowing people will keep coming. But his behavior today was beyond rude and highly concerning for someone who deals in customer relations. The owner should strongly consider whether he should still be working there.

  Unprofessional to say the least! I rushed in 10 minutes before closing, fully acknowledging the time and promising I’d be quick. I was polite and respectful because I’ve been on the other side of the counter. Instead of any understanding, they started a 15-second countdown at 6 o’clock and were openly rude about needing to leave. Really disappointing customer service—felt completely disrespected after I made every effort to be considerate.
