I asked for clarification and she was just repeating the same thing that I just can’t return it in those boxes.

He was professional, courteous, and exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. I have arthritis in my hands, which made completing the digital fingerprinting a bit challenging, but JD never made me feel rushed or inconvenienced. He took the time to guide me through each step with kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. His calm and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. Outstanding customer service is becoming harder to find, and JD is a wonderful example of how much a caring and patient employee can make a difference. Thank you, JD, for your excellent service!

After a waiting period of approximately 30 minutes, we were informed that notarization services could not be provided for Spanish-speaking individuals. Given the technological advancements of 2026, including sophisticated AI translation capabilities, it would be beneficial to consider implementing live translation services or employing staff proficient in Spanish to better accommodate a diverse clientele. Please saves people time and put a sign in the door saying... WE DON'T DO NOTARY IF YOU CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL!
