The Amazon returns in this place take too long. It’s always such a long line. This place is open for longer than UPS which I thought was very convenient. But after seeing long lines every time I stopped. Their process involves scanning barcode for return(this is also slow) and again scanning barcode for some box, which takes very long. They also keep joking how they have only one device so only one person can help with the returns.

I had highly unprofessional and distressing encounter with an employee named Steven during my recent visit to staples in this location. During my visit, Steven was consistently rude and dismissive. When I first attempted to provide the name for my pickup order, he cut me off mid-sentence. I stepped away to get my card and returned to the store, he intentionally ignored me, necessitating another staff member to step in from across the room to assist me. Furthermore, when it came time to process my payment, Steven's behavior was completely disrespectful. Instead of handing me my receipt, he dropped it on the floor while I was reaching for it—an action so blatant that another customer nearby shook his head in disapproval. He also attempted to complicate the checkout process by directing me away from open registers until another colleague intervened to facilitate the payment. I found Steven’s conduct to be arrogant, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable for a customer service representative. This was one of the most disrespectful experiences I have ever had, and I believe his behavior reflects poorly on your establishment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously!

I came in to get a maintenance box for my Epson printer, they told me they only carried ink cartridges, I asked if I could show them a picture of the thing im looking for, just in case they have it, the worker said in a very sarcastic tone " sure, I've only worked here for 22 years" at that point I just left, very poor customer service
