  I would like to file a formal complaint about my experience at the PostNet office in Mill Creek. I went to have my fingerprints taken for a job, and the person who assisted me, a woman from India, was extremely rude. I have never had issues with people from that country before, as they usually provide excellent customer service. However, this time was the opposite: she yelled at me, showed a lack of knowledge of the process, and made me waste time and experience a great deal of stress. Now I have to reschedule an appointment elsewhere. I believe you need to ensure that your staff is properly trained and knowledgeable, especially for fingerprint services, as being a PostNet store, many different services are done there. The person did not have the time or patience to carefully walk me through the process, even though there were two or three other customers waiting for other services. Be careful if you schedule a fingerprinting appointment at this location—I absolutely DO NOT recommend it. I hope you take measures to prevent this from happening again. Thank you.

  Scheduled an appointment for fingerprints and over an hour later there was still no sign of the person who could do them. With no idea when they would be coming back. Finally left and had to reschedule with another company. Very frustrating and disappointing.
