- YSYe Sun.Jul 9, 20262.0Unprofessional. The staff won’t print a tracking label for my prepaid return envelope (when mailing passport for visa)and stated you cannot track the prepaid envelopes as they can only use stamps
- JPJustin PluteJul 1, 20265.0The fingerprinting machine at another post office was broken, so I came to this location. I arrived at 2:30pm, only to find out they only offer this service from 10am to 1pm. I’d spent $45 on an Uber to get here, so I was pretty disappointed as I started to walk out. That’s when the amazing staff here told me they could actually take care of it since the line wasn’t long. It was a huge relief, and I’m forever thankful. Highly recommend this location and this team.
- PFpepper foxJul 1, 20261.0Walked in to send extremely important package . The door to the shipping counter was locked 15 mins before they actually closed. Customer on crutches saw me, looked at the time and let me in. Before I got to the counter the clerk said she couldn't help me, that her printer was broken. Customer who opened the door for me said he had no issue getting his cable printed. She did not want to help me, she didn't even look at her printer or move me to another empty register. It was clear she wanted to go home 15 mins early and that was that.
- BBBenjaminJun 25, 20262.0Staff was friendly but I only found out two weeks later that my digital fingerprint card they did here never actually got submitted. I paid $50 and have been waiting for a 48 hour turnaround with zero updates, and I can't actually call this USPS location because the phone rings forever. The USPS main helpline advised me that I should just go to a different location and get my fingerprints taken... Again. Unsure if that means I get to pay $50 all over again. Also, their fingerprinting hours are reported online as being all day but it's only from like 11 - 2 on weekdays. The sign on the door is more authoritative. Clearly an understaffed location that's being asked to do too much.
- WVWindy VJun 24, 20261.090 Fahrenheit we were with the 3 months old baby doing the passport service. We made appointment and the Vietnamese employee helped with people who just walked in and made her co-worker helped us. By then I looked at the time, it’s 10 mins pass by the appointment time. The USPS has no AC for the hot day and ignoring the baby. She smiles and apologized to everyone but almost argued with the customer. Finally our baby can’t stand the waiting period and hot weather. Instead the other employee helped us at the end.
