- BSBelle Shippy6 days ago1.0If I could give no stars I would. Came with a prepaid labeled and unsealed bag. I was unaware that usps doesnt tape items and instead of the clerk politely suggesting I buy tape to seal my bag, which i wouldve happily done, he proceeded to berate me for not knowing "dmm policy" in front of the staff and the other costumer being helped. Very confused as to why he escalated it to that extent. This location needs serious customer service training. He then proceeded to talk about me in another language to his coworker, as I stood there. Now I understand why they already have such a low rating to begin with.

The clerk was extremely impatient and actually blamed me for not knowing specific shipping details beforehand. It is unreasonable to expect customers to be experts on every postal regulation or form before they arrive. If you want to be treated with basic decency or need any help navigating the shipping process, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

This post office is a very busy spot on the island but each time I’ve gone in, I have had a pleasant interaction and wonderful assistance. It’s also really great to have the automated postal kiosk there for after office hours to send packages and get stamps. Thankful for the dedicated staff here.
