  I drive here from Seattle because customer service is excellent. It is worth it because you will not find a place with friendlier and more efficient service.

  I’ve noticed that here, it’s pretty common for staff to completely ignore customers when they walk in. They just keep doing whatever they’re doing without even acknowledging you. Not even a simple “Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment.” Instead, you’re left standing there until they finish what they’re working on before helping you. How long you end up waiting really depends on your luck.

  The customer service was terrible. They didn't know how to process a return. I chose the option to return the item without a shipping label or box, and they entered the code, which worked. But then they told me they needed the shipping label, and I kept explaining that this option didn't provide a label. They didn't understand, acted rudely, and said they weren't going to help me.
