She is not mean, she is not grouchy, she just isn’t the animated, fake happy everyone else is now adays. If you live here, you’ll get to know her and realize she’s not half bad. Be kind.

- ASA SJun 27, 20171.0Even worse service than usual for a post office. Don't be surprised if this office is closed for an hour due to a lunch break/poor staffing. Also, one of the main workers, Anita, is always slow, grumpy and very anal. Today I saw her sigh in annoyance at an elderly man for having to make a postage adjustment. She also refused to postmark/process a stack of envelopes from a customer as it was clearly too much work for her. When it was my turn, the unnecessary bad attitude of course had to continue. She refused to put a clear pouch (to insert the address label into) on the flat rate envelope I was sending. Anita was also upset that the return address did not have the local zip code because, and I quote, “I’m doing all the work but they’re getting the credit” which isn’t true anyway since you can track where the package was shipped from. She makes the experience unpleasant for everyone.
