  This is a nice, clean Staples location with a good selection of products and services. Party City is now located inside the store as well, which adds some convenient one-stop shopping. The Amazon return line can get a little long at times, but that's probably true of most return locations. A lot of the wait seems to come from customers pulling up return codes and information on their phones. One feature I really appreciate is the Print & Marketing Center. I've been able to fax, print, and make copies there when I didn't have those options available at home, and it's been incredibly convenient. My only real complaint is the pricing. Some items are only slightly more expensive than other retailers, while others can be significantly higher. I understand they're competing with online giants like Amazon and big-box stores such as Walmart, and part of what you're paying for is the convenience of getting what you need immediately. Still, the prices are the main reason I don't purchase most of my office supplies and equipment there. That said, if you need something right away, Staples is hard to beat. The store is well-stocked, clean, organized, and carries just about everything you could need. It's a nice store overall, and I appreciate having it as a local option.

  DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR AMAZON PRIME RETURNS HERE. They won't give you a receipt for items you drop off. I dropped off two Amazon Prime items about a month ago as this was a location that provided "FREE" returns with my Prime membership. I admit I had a very rushed schedule and was distracted, but when my items were scanned, I assumed that I would be credited immediately. Yes, this part is my fault. I contacted a customer service rep from Amazon that told me to wait 7 business days because the items needed to be "examined for use" because they were personal Items (a dog heating pad and a eye mask). I waited and no refund, I called and spoke with another rep and I was told to wait an additional 7 business days. When the 14 business days had passed, I called back Amazon and spoke to yet another person who finally told me I wasn't getting a refund because there wasn't a record of the return on their end and I didn't have a receipt to prove that I dropped the items off at Staples. I finally called Staples and I was told that they simply never give receipts for Amazon Prime drop-offs. He offered no remedy and said "sorry". The return was $60 with tax. I'm never returning anything from Amazon there again. Because of this experience I didn't even renew my Prime membership which was expiring soon after this event, because with this customer service what's the point? TLDR: Trying to return an Amazon product here will potentially leave you screwed because Staples doesn't offer any "proof" or receipt of the exchange ever happening and thus Amazon will NOT credit you. Don't go here to return your Amazon products.

  I have been coming here for about a year for my coffee stands! Stamp cards are always great. They helped with my menus and whenever I have questions they make sure to educated me. I’m so excited party city is here now!

  I had a fantastic experience at Staples! The staff was super friendly and really helped me find everything I needed for my home office. Plenty of options to choose from, and I walked out feeling fully stocked and satisfied!
