- JJJoeJan 4, 20231.0Tough month for Maple Valley/Covington area post offices. My packages were delayed for just over two weeks in my area. I filled out multiple tickets using USPS automated system, wasn't helpful at all and I got an auto-resolve/canned response from the local Maple Valley office basically saying "sorry there's nothing we can do." During this period I had multiple packages marked 'delivered' though they were not delivered, so I've had to fight with vendors and create additional missing/stolen mail tickets with USPS. I'm still waiting on items that I ordered more than a month ago, and I have no idea how to get additional help as customer service has been useless.
