They won’t even tape your box when you come in for a return. I know they are not required to but hearing from the black gentleman behind the counter, “I don’t have tape” is pathetic and very reflective of the customer service you’ll get there. Seriously? You’re a postal service and you don’t have tape? Advice to customers - Take your business elsewhere.

I am writing to express a concern regarding an employee at your location, Merna, whose conduct I have found to be consistently rude and unprofessional\. I recently visited the MV post office to inquire about whether I had any mail. Due to my circumstances, I receive general delivery mail at no cost. I presented my identification at the counter, and Merna responded, “You do know general mail is not for the public.” I explained my situation, but this is the second time she has made a similar comment to me, and both instances occurred in front of other customers waiting in line. I understand that there may be policies regarding general delivery mail, and I am willing to follow those policies. However, I believe they can be communicated respectfully and professionally. I found the manner in which these comments were made to be unnecessarily rude and embarrassing. This location has generally been kind and helpful, with the exception of this particular employee. I previously had a P.O. Box at this location years ago, and unfortunately, her behavior has not changed. I would appreciate it if this concern could be addressed. I am not asking for special treatment, only to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism as other customers.

Customer service was completely foul. I came in hoping my package would be there. I had someone send me a package, when I review my text messages I realized I forgot to tell them my apt number. I tell the person at the counter that and then he proceeds to try figure out why the tracking message said "insufficient address". I tell him again why and he still tries to play detective. Then he tells me "I'm waiting for you to admit fault". EXCUSE ME??? I never blamed them. I even stated what went wrong. I looked at him dumbfounded and I wish I had a snarky come back but I didn't. Don't waste your time here asking for help.

I am so sick of the disrespect we as CUSTOMERS have to put up with from these workers. Oddly enough, they're not from the states usually. So they come here, act like they're over us in every way. The people are sick of it and the disrespect ends now!
