  This is UPS Store is usually very busy. There is no other UPS Store nearby except Covington. Manish, Dan and Thomas did their best to help Amazon drop off customers. Fast and efficient. It is difficult dealing with the public. There was a guy who complained that he could buy 36x08x08 box for a dollar. Sir, there is no such good quality box for a dollar of that size. Big box retailers sell boxes, except it is not a dollar. People should keep in mind that UPS Stores are franchised operations. Not corporate owned. They are not non profit. When people go to UPS Store, I think they are buying time and convenience. Please help support small businesses. I also noticed many people complain about nominal charges for printing and shipping bags. FYI, people can buy their own printers and toners. I know those are expensive. I think it is impossible to please everyone. I always prefer UPS Stores over the post office.

  This store is Great! They’re one of the busiest stores in the state and they do a Fantastic job I’m always in and out even when there’s a long line! Nice Staff, Fast, and Efficient. Thankful for how hard they work!

  Last week before Mothers Day I went to the UPS store to have Mother and Son,'s photos printed. Agent Malick was above and beyond helpfull. He paid attention to detail and was so Kind he even got me a chair to set down as I am in my 80's and a little woobly. All of the employees at the Maple Valley UPS are Great quick and effecient. However Malick is the the Champion 5 STAR.

  Takes forever when there's workers and so many customers the just stay there doing nothing and smells like smoke in the store horrible customer service
