Considering the hundreds of people (some rude, I'm sure) that they have to deal with, day in and day out, I think they are very pleasant. My theory is, I'm just another person that they help, so I can be pleasant to them. (Personally, I would never want a job dealing with the public! So as the old song says "try a little tenderness!"
