The package was declined for delivery twice from this post office stating I owed an additional $14 to receive the package. When I went in to ask why I owed additional money, I was told “It is too hard for me to explain to you” several times. Avoid at all costs.

But of no Avail...My son is in Marine Bootcamp and is sending mail to us, but I'm not getting it. Please, please, please. Help me understand this. I went to your Post office and simply asked can I get my mail cause it says that it's here at the Lynnwood branch. But the gentleman said all carriers moved out. I don't know what means.
