  my recent transaction you acted fast by calling all parties in the transaction right got the emd in same and title and escrow was off and running we were ready to close a week ahead of time. They even stayed late the day of closing and waited for a late recording number so my people could move in.

  Over entitled arrogant people that don’t understand customer service and completely failed to meet the minimum requirements. I can’t wait for technology to replace all their jobs soon. Outdated and arrogant folks.

  They did a great job. We worked with Tracey and she was fantastic. She ce to our house after regular work hours, she was efficient, very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Highly recommend.

  If you want a title company to not return your phone calls or mess every third piece of paper work up, this is the company for you! I would highly recommend avoiding this title company for something as important as your house.
