  I’ve been going to this Lynnwood location for work marketing needs in the past few years. Lately, I got to meet and been helped by their associate named Ibula, who always greets customers and asking if she can help right away. I had issue with printing last time, she came to rescue me. And I need to print on a thicker papers today, She suggested what to do that will be more cost affective, she checked on me if everything ok and if I need more help. A great customer service made a big difference. Thank you, Ibula!

  Yesterday my friend and I came in to print off a lot of important documents. I told the lady behind the counter we will need help and she gave me a card and left us to figure it out. We didn't, had to ask her 3 times for help. Nothing got resolved intell this very nice young lady her name was lyann came to the rescue. She actually showed us and we got everything printed off. She also help with getting other documents printed off for us. Her customer skills were outstanding. She was kind, patient and so helpful. The other lady, she was not any of the above. I believe she was a manager. She was not helpful, and she was rude. Lyann, thank you so much for all your help. I hope your position will upscale to Management. Your awesome.

  Sometimes the lines are long but usually I get in and out fast. I like the self serve kiosk for sending my Shopify orders.
