  Doors opened promptly at 12 today and I was greeted by friendly customer service people. The assistant manager pleasantly helped me process a quick return and provided a receipt with a smile. I appreciate this good experience when I had a grumpy morning.

  I stopped in yesterday (4/18/26) in dire need of printing help. My printer wasn’t good enough, my laptop was having issues, and I had a hard deadline on having a print job ready by 5:00AM Monday. I walked into FedEx a little (lot) stressed and met my hero, MARY!! Mary was wonderful and knowledgeable, and calm - a ray of light in my otherwise stressful day. She made sure my project looked right, fit right, and even spotted an error I had made and then was able to correct it for me. My important, time sensitive, project looks amazing because of Mary. Thank you so much, Mary. You are a true SUPERSTAR!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  The staff who assisted us was quite knowledgeable and kind. She created a return label envelope for my client and walked us through setting up an account.

  Worst customer service at this location! They have never been helpful every time I went to this place! They always found a way to refuse service. The last time I went there, I did a test print for a business card and after charging me a service fee plus for the test print, they refused to cut the one page business card! Then, I cancelled the entire package I was going to print and went somewhere else. I tried not give bad reviews for local businesses unless I get repeated bad service and this is one of them. I went a few time before and they found ways to not let me print there.
