I dont understand how the delivery drivers cannot deliver any of my packages. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox they refuse to get out of the van to bring it to my door. Even after I left a note for the delivery drivers saying if it doesn't fit in the mailbox, just set it on the ground next to it. Nope. Still get a "delivery attempted" and have to drive 30 minutes into town to pickup my package.

I had a very frustrating experience at the Longview Post Office. We had a scheduled appointment for a passport, but when we arrived, they told us they had no record of it. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially after planning our day around it. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. Supervisor Zawna was short-tempered, rude, and made it seem like our family being there was an inconvenience to her. There was little effort to help resolve the issue or offer a solution, and the overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. She needs professional. She could sure use some training on how to treat others. Losing an appointment is one thing, but the lack of basic customer service and respect made the experience much more disappointing. I hope the office improves both its scheduling system and how customers are treated in the future.

Doors are locked after hours so you can't get inside.
