  Tez and Jordan were amazing. On a line out the door kind of day and working alone in the store, these two guys were calm and professional and just kept going, they worked so hard, their manager should be proud of them.

  Great for Amazon returns but that is it. Took a box fully packaged up in to ship. Based of weight & dimensions, App said it was going to be $43. Took it in and the upcharges started happening. UPS website says package must be fully encased in corrugated cardboard. It was. Box was properly sealed and reinforced. She didn't like my box. Said it was non-standard and was going to be $90+. OR, I could buy one of their boxes for $8 and it was going to be $58 because it bumped the weight up. Will not be shipping there again since they seem to make things up as they go. Would not recommend for anything but Amazon returns.

  I don't usually write reviews, but this place and its people are amazing! The employees are incredibly fast every time I or my wife come in. We recently moved here from Portland, and we never imagined a small, rural town would have such wonderful, customer-centric service. A huge shout-out to the manager for running this business so wonderfully. We are always greeted, acknowledged, and thanked for my business. Thank you, UPS! This busy little place is truly a hidden gem.

  I wanna give a high- Five to Riley 👏👏👏!!! last week I dropped one of my earbuds when I got out of my car to go into the UPS Store and today I asked about it and Riley found it for me in there Lost N found!!!! I go here ALOT and every single employee that works at this store is always good to me their customer service is top tier!! Thank you were all pretty much BFF’s at this point!!! 10 star ⭐️ review if I could!!!

  This location is usually very good and very friendly and helpful, but one CSR was a little rude, but I chalked it up to being Friday afternoon. I was returning an Amazon package I received last night, and I put in to return it this morning. The Amazon instructions were to package it in its ORIGINAL PACKAGE. The CSR said that the package looked rough and that I'd be risking it to breakage. I told the CSR that it was the original package it came in, LAST NIGHT. He said that he understood but that I was risking it being damaged. I told him the contents were a plastic container, and it arrived cracked and broken anyway. He said he understood but I would be risking the box that it came in to more getting torn up. I said if UPS was so concerned with the packaging, maybe they should have told the Anazon seller to package it in a sturdier box. He huffed and said, "Whatever." Like I said, it was Friday afternoon, so take if for what it's worth.
