Completely useless. Didn’t deliver my package so tried calling in and nothing they where “closed”.. then got a call the next morning day and said to come get my package and that they have it so I went and came in but they already sent it back.. what the heck?.. also the lady at the front was rude and didn’t care about anything. It’s funny how one of my packages was delivered the other day but they couldn’t deliver the rest and said they won’t deliver the other packages? Unprofessional and Lazy.

I was expecting 2 packages, informed delivery shows out for delivery. About 5:30pm I got a message saying I had requested them to be held for pickup. This morning I went to pick them up and was told I couldn't because they were in a pile and I have to wait for delivery. The man at the counter was rude and condescending. Someone didn't want to finish their route so they just claimed I requested a hold.

I saw all the negative reviews and I thought there was no way it could be as bad as they said. So I went in wanting to give a five-star review. Literally that was my goal. But here's what happened: First off I came in on a Saturday right after Juneteenth was on Friday the day before. This is the only post office open in the area on Saturday and all local post offices were closed because of Juneteenth the day before. On Saturday they are open from 9am-12pm. I called around 9:30 to double-check that they were open because of all the bad reviews and the confusion of Juneteenth. When I called a male answered and and I said something like " hello, just wanted to double-check that you were open today.". I got a sarcastic sounding "Yup." And then a hang up. Not a great start but I can handle that. I get to the post office at 10am. There's a line of people in the post office isn't open. There was a older lady in the front of the line. I would guess maybe 90 years old. She could see the person that works in the post office and she was asking if they were going to be open and he wouldn't even answer her. She then asked something like can you at least tell us are you going to open at all? The guy wouldn't even acknowledge she existed. Fast forward till 10:25 the guy finally opens the door and doesn't even acknowledge that it's an hour and 25 minutes after opening time and there's a line of 10 people plus the 10 to 20 that left because there was no one opening the door or explaining what was going on. I had prepaid packages so I asked the guy if I could leave the packages on the counter. "Yes." Again said with attitude and didn't even look at me. I set my packages on the counter and I said thank you to him while standing about 2 ft from me. Wouldn't acknowledge me. I feel bad for the people that have this as their regular post office. It must be so frustrating dealing with rude people that just can't do their job.
