  I love the staff. Courteous and very helpful. This is a very safe way to to get your mail and packages. It is worth the money.

  Just a shout out to the employee’s at this particular store. Very very kind and helpful. I had a young lady help me today and what was confusion from another UPS nearby, she handled my problem like it was nothing. A big smile, handed me a receipt and I was done! They always do their job well there and I thank them all!

  I cannot imagine this super busy UPS store getting one negative review ever!!! I come in frequently and am always greeted with friendly faces and always leave with a super positive experience!! They are all so willing to help figure out any issue I may need help with. They are very patient and knowledgeable and take as much time to help me as I need!!! I’ve seen this not only personally but also with all the other customers they are helping around me. A special shout out to Blake.. this store is very fortunate to have such a great guy working for them and I hope we can all show these wonderful employees kindness, understanding and appreciation for the difficult work they do each day!!! Thank you Liberty Lake UPS store!!!
