A woman with brown bangs that seemed to be in her 40s gave me the worst customer experience I’ve ever had! Despite coming in with a friendly attitude, I was treated unfairly. I was only 1 of 2 customers there, so it wasn’t even because they were busy or felt stressed, which shouldn’t even justify the actions that were presented by the employee. She just purely didn’t care how she came across. This woman, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, handled my package recklessly and made assumptions as to what it was. How unprofessional! Not only that but when I had questions, she responded with passive aggressive comments and frustration. I wish I could leave 0 stars! >:(

If you’re unable to be kind and patient with customers, maybe customer service isn’t the right job for you and clearly I’m not the only one who thinks that. The fact that I have to check whether certain employees are working just to avoid having my day ruined says a lot. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Please do better when it comes to training and holding employees accountable. It really isn’t that hard to treat people with basic respect and kindness. It’s disappointing to see an ADULT behave so unprofessional.
