- SPScott Postma6 days ago1.0It is impossible to get a hold of this post office. The phone just rings and rings and no one picks up. Are they not aware that calls are not coming in? Shouldn't that be cause for concern by the Langley postmaster? Changes are definitely needed at this location.
- MBMike BrownJun 11, 20261.0Went to send something overnight. Web site had a cut off time to get it out and I was way before that time. They delayed shipping my very important letter. Then once they shipped it they missed the guaranteed delivery time. Then lied to me about the guaranteed time, was rude on the phone and never followed up. Grand total due to their incompetence cost me was $13,259 dollars.

Packages run smoothly through the postal service till they hit Langley and get delayed for weeks at times. When I attempted to go personally pick them up I'm told there is nothing they can do. Absolutely horrible customer service and they act like you owe them.

Never in my life have so many packages regularly been lost, destroyed or miss delivered. This has been going on for years and seems to be of no concern to whomever is in charge at this office. Shame!
