- QBQueenie Grethell BalingitSep 11, 20261.0Extremely frustrating experience with this post office. My package was sent to my correct address, including my apartment number and all the necessary information. I have already received multiple packages from other companies at this exact address without any issues. The package actually made it to Lakewood, was processed locally, and was out for delivery. Somehow, after being out for delivery, USPS marked it as “Addressee Unknown” and “Vacant” and began returning it to the sender. My residence is absolutely not vacant, and there was no apparent reason for the package to be marked this way. I also tried calling the post office multiple times to resolve the issue. The phone would ring, appear to be answered, and then there would be silence before the call disconnected. I couldn’t actually speak to anyone or get any assistance. Mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service made an already frustrating situation much worse. I shouldn’t have to chase down a package that was correctly addressed, successfully made it to my local area, and was already out for delivery. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor communication. I wish I could give 0 stars.
- ADAyden Dual-SpurgeonSep 1, 20261.0I started renting a PO box a month ago and I've filled out 4 different change of address forms and every time they tell me there was never a request put in. Do not rent here, im also being told that they lose mail here.
