Everytime I need a signature required delivery he is too lazy to knock on my door and puts my package status as "insufficient address" to where my package gets sent back to the sender. I even called the USPS national support line and they verified that the address was correct on the label and there shouldn't have been any issue with delivery. Then when I try to call the office number no one answers... On the other hand, The workers behind the counter are always super nice and helpful. I don't mind waiting in the long lines and I the people should know to be patient when coming into the office.
- BVBreanna VeselovecJun 23, 20261.0Marked my apartment as vacant I believe and it was awhile since I checked my mail and it got pretty full which that is completely my fault but when I tried to call them about resuming my mail since I work all week and cannot make it there by the time they close they did not answer. I called 20 times literally and they continue to put you on hold then hangup then one call they answered after two rings then just hung up. I understand people are busy but there should be SOMEONE available to answer the phone especially when I've called 20 times. I had to call the customer service post office number for them to put in a ticket for my mail to resume and they said is should get a call within three business days so HOPEFULLY someone actually calls so I can continue getting my mail delivered

Its not the fault of the employees if people have unreasonabe requests or just problems that take a while to resolve.. Not everyones issues are simple. People should just have more patience. They should try to put themselves in the same place in their own job and ask themselves if theyve ever had a prob with a customer and had someone waiting and couldnt do anything about it but have them wait?
