I have always been treated courteously even if I did have to wait in line for a while. Its not the fault of the employees if people have unreasonabe requests or just problems that take a while to resolve.. Not everyones issues are simple. People should just have more patience. They should try to put themselves in the same place in their own job and ask themselves if theyve ever had a prob with a customer and had someone waiting and couldnt do anything about it but have them wait?

Why is the self-service closed before 8pm as opposed to the notice on their door?. Update your notice to avoid wasting peoples' time.

This post office sucks. Mailman apparently left my parcel key in someone else's mail box, then leaves me a slip saying I didn't pick it up so it's returned to the post office and "unavailable for redelivery" so I have 10 days to pick it up or they will return to sender. Half of my packages end up in my neighbor's mailboxes instead of mine. Tried calling the post office but of course they don't pick up. Garbage service. This is why no one uses USPS anymore.

We mailed something of value with a deadline for it to arrive, it was mailed on the 5th of Feb and we forgot about it as usually it goes fine. On this occasion one of the members of staff had stuck the shipping label over part of the address, it was supposed be going internationally. It spent 2 weeks traveling between Seattle and Lakewood and saying it couldn't be delivered when it hadn't even left the country. Went in to find out what was going on and a supervisor claimed they raised an email to track it down and get it going where it should be and there's usually an update within a day. That 4 days ago and our envelope hasn't been scanned since the 18th of Feb, we're now going to have to replace all the documents in the envelope which will be over $150 and on top of that reapply for what they were sent off for which is another $160, this post office is the worst I've dealt with and now putting us over $300 out of pocket and thats not counting re sending our documents again.
