One of the stores failed to open on time and the other one had a rude customer service rep. Diego went out of his way to help me out, and it was much appreciated.

I can’t believe this! I was second in line when opening. When customers were walking in after me, the lady huffed “Jesus” and rolled her eyes. Slammed my package on the cart. UPS, I know you read and respond to these reviews, WHY is that lady STILL working at this store? She is the rudest person I have ever met working in customer service!
