  I asked the manager for help 5 times to figure out how i can send screenshots so they can print them out for me i was in there last week and another employee showed me how but i forgot all he did was give me an business and said just do it through your email.. I stood there for 15. Minutes and he said let me know when you are ready I'll be on the phone. I said " i asked for help 5 times and you wouldn't even help me " And I walked out to my car thinking maybe he would come over and apologize and or help me.. Nope he just walked away from me as a costumer.. He was also rude!

  Today I came into this store today to print put a label that UPS sent me to since their store was "broken' I was greeted very kindly and this gentlemen named Michael went above and beyond to listen to my demise and frustrations from UPS and helped me sent back an item. I am beyond thankful for his help and wonderful support along with his beautiful personality! He made my negative exchange at UPS less and I always have valued FedEx customer service and their generosity towards customers. Thank you Michael for your above and beyond help!
