- JHJason Harder5 days ago1.0I had a package requiring signature. They insisted they tried to deliver and left a note on my door. The note was not on my door but attached to a peice of mail in the mail box. Driver was too lazy to even attempt the deliver. It was also no eligible for re-delivery so I was forced to go pick it up. Called them for clarification and they never answer the phone over several hours.

I had items get lost in the mail, I put in an investigation on-line on one, asking for the item to be located and returned to me, because I had already replaced the product to the customer (they located the package and sent it to the customer, so I was out $40, all their fault) and USPS would not refund my money when I placed a claim. I left a note for the Postmaster at Lake Stevens (as Lo had told me to) with all documentation (TWICE) and after several phone calls, they acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about, so apparently they thought it better to throw away, rather than refund my money. The other lost items have to do with lack of scanning on lesser expensive postage items, forcing me to purchase higher priced postage for visibility. Rediculous . . . as a side note, I spend more than $1,000 in postage a year with my business and this is the service I get!

It feels like their attitude is, “If you’re willing to wait, then just wait.” It often feels like only one counter is operating while the other remains closed.
