  This store is understaffed and has bad customer service. Only one person working in the morning, waited 10 minutes for a 15 second job. Had a person in front of me that had multiple packages to mail but nobody was around or bothered to ask me what type of task I needed performed so they could at least quickly scan my Amazon return and seal it up which takes 15 seconds… instead I had to wait 10 minutes for the person in front of me to decide which shipping options they wanted. So sick of going into UPS stores like this one and having to wait long times due to inadequate staffing yet there are always long lines. Ridiculous

  Wow🩷😊4/2 2026 they are so kind and professional, all of staff are very pleasant. I feel lucky to have this branch nearby !!!!

  I had a couple of Amazon returns to handle today and Colten was very kind and helpful! I am so grateful to finally have somewhere locally for those returns I previously missed the window on. 😂 thanks guys!
