- MYMo YAug 14, 20265.0I will give this company 10 stars if I could. The customer service is beyond expectations. It reminded me how businesses used to take care of customers in the 90s and earlier. You can't find good service these days not even at Nordstrom. I placed an order for the first time from ULINE few days ago for a shipping boxes to use in shipping out clients gifts. The order and shipping process was amazing. I received the order the next day but the shipping boxes were smaller in size that what is needed and I could not use them. I made a mistake with the way I measured . I was frustrated because I need to ship our gifts asap so I emailed customer service explaining the situation and I was honestly hoping to hear back in a day or two but surprisingly I received an email back in 30 minutes exploring to me how to do accurate box measurements and also letting me know what is the correct box order code if I want to place an order. But that was not it ??? They already credited my card back with the cost of the boxes and asked me to keep them anyway . That was shocking. I don't remember the last time I received such a service. I emailed them back to thank them and asked them if they could please use the card on file and ship me the correct order asap. I received a text 15 minutes later confirming shipping the new order. Just like that. I switched all of our company shipping supplies needs to ULINE from now on. Other businesses should learn how to treat their customers from ULINE.
