Whether I’m dropping off one package or what looks like the aftermath of an online shopping spree gone wrong, they’re always fast, friendly, and efficient. One of the best things about this location is that I rarely have to wait. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly. The store is clean, organized, and clearly well managed. The customer service here is consistently excellent. They make a chore that nobody really enjoys surprisingly painless. At this point, they probably recognize me as “the lady with another return,” and I appreciate that they never seem to hold it against me. Highly recommend!
