We both frequent the store and what really makes the experience good is that employee #261823, Crystal, is happy, courteous and more than helpful every time she helps us. They are all good, but she is our favorite. Good job UPS, for hiring her! Our time spent there has always been quick. In and out in no time.

I informed the associate assisting me that she was not attentive to my instructions. Consequently, both packages are now showing as unshipped, indicating they are still in my possession, which is inaccurate.

I walk in with a box and here she is giving me the look, I tried to ask a few questions but her attitude just kept getting worse, I even cracked a joke about it with the supervisor lady who is super nice and helpful. I know for sure that people in WA are usually chill.. that one broke the rule. She needs to chill, customer service people are supposed to be professional and leave personal issues outside of work. I'm not sure if she was racial profiling me, but I wanted to say something about it here since I didn't want to argue with her. Must be fun to be around. Didn't pay attention to the name but you'll know as soon as you walk in. If you go there, avoid her. The other employees are nice and friendly though!
