  Little did I know that getting a PMB would result in gaining a BFF. Since day one everyone has been informative, helpful and friendly. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in and I’m cheerfully greeted by name. You all are the highlight to my days.

  I had an excellent experience with PostNet in Lacey! The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, made the shipping process quick and easy, and ensured everything was packaged securely. What really stood out was their customer service. Kim genuinely cared about helping customers and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. The store was also very clean, organized, and efficient, making the entire experience stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable shipping, printing, or business services in the Lacey area, I highly recommend PostNet. I’ll definitely be coming back for future needs!

  I've been to this location a couple of times now and I will say that the customer service has been really good. However, I don't believe this location really suits my needs and I want to give a heads up to others who may need similar things. The first time was for passport photos. They were quick and I got physical copies. Upon getting them for what I needed, I learned that a digital copy was required. I figured it being 2026, they would likely have one and I made a quick phone call. I called and they don't do digital copies. That is admittedly semi on me as I should have done more research. Due to that though, I had to go somewhere else and pay to retake them to receive the digital file. The second time was to send off overnight mail for an important document. Online, this location was listed as an option. When I arrived to the store, there was a sign on the door saying they could not do any QR codes. Again, not the end of the world but inconvenient. I would absolutely do business here again, but maybe I'll call before going to make sure I can accomplish what I need.
