- VCValerie ChapmanDec 10, 20221.0Terrible, terrible service. I live in a gated community and they refuse to deliver my packages to my door because it's a "liability risk". Our gate is insured. They either do not deliver my packages at all, or they leave my packages by the gate in the rain. They used to put them in plastic bags when it was raining and now no one cares. My packages have been soggy. My packages are not being delivered. None of them should have jobs there. It's ridiculous. I am angry that I have to deal with them handling my packages.

- HCHeather CountsJan 4, 20221.0I have been trying to call this post office for 2 days and have called over 2 dozen times. No one answers the phone! We've had some weather in the area so as expected mail has not been delivered in over a week. However the roads have been more than drivable the last 2 days and we still have yet to see our mail. I'm waiting on my husbands meds and some very important mail and am trying to see if the mail will be delivered and when. If not I will go down and get it myself! After reading other reviews I see this is a regular thing with them not to answer their phones. Super frustrating!

After buying a house in the area with no mailbox, the employee at the desk and the mail carrier went above and beyond to help me understand my options. This includes the mail carrier scoping out the location, marking a good mailbox spot, and following up with a couple calls. Ultimately went with a po box, and that process was smooth and easy as well. No issues with the mail forwarding, it's all getting delivered in a timely manner. Everyone has been friendly and helpful; surprised to see negative reviews.
