These people are stupid and incompetent. I called them up specifically to change my package's destination address and forward it to another address. They will shake their head yes and say of course we can do it. Checked online for the status and it says it's forwarded which should mean that it is being delivered or at least some other update, right? Nope! They just change it to return to sender and go about their day for absolutely no reason. Call them up again and they'll tell it is being returned to sender. Nothing is being updated ASAP on the website, the return to sender is processed on a Friday and it is only on the website on Monday. No clear explanation as to why it was returned to sender, nothing. A bunch of incompetent people working and wasting everybody's money and time

my package had a missing apt number and I was trying to track it down for days. Although I have no idea what was going on behind the scenes, in the end it was recovered. I would give 5/5 for the carrier on my route, as he probably was organized enough to get my missing package in my mailbox. These folks are probably super busy all day every day, so when they go above and beyond to help recover packages, it's so appreciated. please be nice

They lost my priority package and gave me 3 different reasons speculative as to why with no proof. They refused to refund the priority fees. I had to create 3 tickets online and the post office refused to even look up the tickets. It's broken practices such as this why they are going under within a year. I just want my package but apparently it's gone in space.

Tracking says “delivered in mail box” but never received. Obviously they delivered to the wrong address. This happened to me more than once. Wish they were more careful checking address before they put in mailbox. I couldn’t recover lost packages 🤬
