  Shipped usps package on Friday. Today is Wednesday. 5 days later still hasn't gotten picked up. What are you guys doing?

  Now I completely understand why this store has such bad reviews. The atmosphere among the office staff is extremely heavy and unwelcoming. They seem exhausted just moving around, and whatever energy they have left is used to act resentful toward customers as if helping us is doing us a huge favor. One employee even refused to print something for me, claiming she had "more important customers" to attend to. It's frustrating to see people throw negativity around instead of being grateful to have a job.

  They have no way to print labels for you and no email you can use for printing. You have to rent time on their computer and bring your label on a usb. Not sure why this is an issue, last time I came to this store they printed a label for me with no issue. Penny pinching owner is my guess.

  Disappointing visit — I got an unfriendly vibe from this place. I heard the manager say customers are "idiots" within earshot of the lobby. Unprofessional — I won't be coming back to this location.

  Terrible service at this location. I needed to print a return label and drop off a package. At every other UPS store, I simply email the label to them and they print it for a standard fee. However, the staff at this location forced me to log into my personal email on their store computer to print it. They then charged me a $3.00 computer usage fee on top of the printing fee, bringing the total to over $6 instead of the usual $2. To make matters worse, the inefficient process forced me to wait in line twice. Avoid this store if you want a quick and fair transaction.
