    Avery was very rude for no reason. Seems they were having a bad day. I just went to fedex instead.

    Customer service is terrible here. I had a question for Avery who was working the front desk and I was rudely told they weren’t ready to help us. While side of desk duties like cutting paper may be on your list of tasks as an employee, it should be standard practice to take a second and address customers waiting in line and inform them that you’ll be with them in one second or that you need a moment instead of saying “I’m not ready to help you guys.” And ending the interaction there. Avery desperately needs some training and guidance on how to interact with customers.

    Bad experience at this UPS Store. I went to pick up an H&M package and asked if they could accept a digital ID since it wasn’t clearly mentioned that a physical ID was required. The general manager, Ryan, was extremely rude and hostile in how he responded. I understand policies need to be followed, but there’s no reason to speak to customers that way. It made me very uncomfortable. Would not return to this location.
