- KPKatie Pope6 days ago5.0I had an excellent customer service experience with Ms. Ronda here. I had to ship a work laptop and my colleague was facilitating over the phone. It was rather chaotic but Ronda was very efficient, and helped with a calm and positive attitude. Clearly an experienced representative and great at her work!
- LLLanceAug 27, 20261.0I brought a package in on Saturday to ship with standard delivery. Unfortunately, the package sat in the store until Tuesday before shipping, making the arrival day far too late to be useful. When confronted on Tuesday, the store manager offered no help whatsoever.
- IPIhor PAug 17, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I shipped a package to a FedEx location specifically so that the recipient would have to show ID when picking it up. I did not request Direct Signature Required, but the employee added this paid service to my shipment without clearly asking for or getting my authorization. I only noticed the additional charge after receiving my receipt. I am now having to spend my time trying to get a refund for a service I never requested. Customers should be clearly informed about additional paid services before they are added to a shipment. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
- MMMatthewJul 23, 20261.0Refused many of my packages over the years finally tired and leaving a bad review!!! The manager middle aged guy Henry is quite rude and is very unhelpful. Won’t take any packages if they have a slight issue with over taping or the box doesn’t look right. Update: Redmond was able to help me with no issues and also accepted the packaging the manufacture of the item I was sending out. Redmond is the way to go only 5 min away!!!
