In contrast local print shop in Woodinville picked up the call, polite, offered to help and get the order same day! Support your local small business please - they deserve it, not FartEx!
- AYAndy YipApr 22, 20261.0I arrived at 6:42 pm when the store is closing at 7. I have 18 minutes, and Henry at the front keeps reminding me that they close in 15 minutes. And due to his delay, by the time I use the KIOSK it was 10 minutes from closing and he asks me to leave. What store kicks customers out 18 minutes before closing time? If they don't want my business, I will never be back to this one. The staff in Bellevue is a lot nicer and helpful.

Every time I am there to pick up real estate flyers, signs, postcards, they have been AHMAZING! Always on time, perfectly done work orders and super KIND! I've seen customers come in and yell or compalin about something that is entriely NOT their fault. So, to me the kinder you are the better treatment you get. They are helpful, resourceful and always willing to help. Check the attitude at the door, these people work very hard to please you!

Their customer service is abysmal, and they are just generally incompetent. They almost always fail to help you, and then somehow make it feel like it's all your fault that they don't know how to run their store. Remarkably awful location.
