- FDFrank Dunbar3 days ago5.0I work in sales, all the way in enumclaw. I had a package that got shipped to this UPS store, and I don't get off work until 7. plus a 30+ min commute, they close at 6:30. I was freaking out trying to figure out how I was going to get my fiancé's present in time. I kept being on the phone with corporate and this store telling me there was nothing they could do. Finally I got connected with a EXTREMELY helpful guy named Jayden. Not only was he super nice to me even when I was freaking out and stressed out, but when he realized he couldn't do what he told me he MIGHT be able to do, he stayed until 7:40PM to let me get there from my job and pickup my package; then when I asked if I could give him some money for not being on the clock that whole time, he declined. UPS Corporate, not helpful. To the owner of this franchised UPS store, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, give this man a promotion. At least a raise. He is the definition of how you want your store to be run. I will most definitely be using this store to ship and receive packages, as I now know they genuinely care about what happens to our packages when they are in their care. Jayden, if you see this, thank you 1 million times over. I can't express how grateful I am to you.
