  I came in at 6:28 PM. UPS Store closes at 6:30 PM. I am the owner of 2 businesses. Therefore, I'm usually very busy. I needed a document to be notarized. Notary service does requires a bit of time. John realized the significance of time. He didn't turn me away. No other UPS Store does notary service this late. I wanted to hire him away from the UPS Store. I need good employees at my restaurant. He smiled and politely declined. I offered him a complimentary meal. Of course, I paid for the notary. I highly recommend this store. A message to the owner. You must a good and fair employer.

  John and Jaedan provided excellent service. I came in 10 minutes before closing. They were very helpful and kind. I did not have time to show up earlier. I offered them sandwiches from Wing Stop.

  I came in with an oversized box. I was quoted a high price because of the box size. John recommended the correct size. I saved time and money. I would not go to any other UPS Store going forward. I highly recommend this store.

  Hello to all. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Especially a representative their name Phon she greeted me when I entered the door. Kept everything professional with respect & made sure my needs were met before leaving the store. Overall I have no negative comments at all. I personally would say if there were more employees like her. The only way to go would be up. I would drive out the way to be greeted like this. Respect means everything without it you have nothing. Keep up the good work Phon & the entire staff.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this UPS Store definitely deserves one! I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and honestly wasn’t sure if they would still be able to help me since I had several documents that needed to be certified and notarized. Not only did John accommodate me, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. John was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to carefully review everything, made sure all the details were correct, and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. I also want to give a shoutout to Jaedan. While John was helping me, Jaedan did a great job taking care of the other customers and keeping things moving. Before coming here, I stopped by at the UPS Renton location first closer to work, but they weren’t able to help me. I’m so glad I decided to come to the Kent Kangley location instead. This wasn’t my first time here, and honestly, every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always helpful, professional, and seem to care about their customers. Thank you, John and Jaeden, for the excellent service. You turned what could have been a stressful errand into a really positive experience. Highly recommend this location! 👏👏 👏 To management: I hope you see this review and give them a raise! 😆 They absolutely earned it.
