  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I was told by FedEx customer service rep that my package could be picked up at this location. When I arrived at this location, they stated that my package is there, but the manager did not want to process the supposed 1000 packages for one package. I needed this package for an event in the evening and they did not bother to even help. And they were very rude about it. Just horrible customer service.

  Employees IMMEDIATELY were talking negatively about customers after their exit from the store, but while other customers were in earshot. Seriously unprofessional.

  I was only here to quickly pick up a package, but the lady who helped me out was great! She was quick, helpful and in great humor. When I do a similar pickup at the post office, the difference in mood is definitely there. The people are helpful but don't seem as cheerful.
