Came back and was helped by a different employee, tried to tell me the same thing, and then finally checked only to find that it was in fact here the whole time. I don't usually write bad reviews but is it really that hard to spend 5 seconds just to check?

- DLDayana LópezJan 14, 20261.0I really trust them with a package that I sent to another state saying that it would arrive in 5 days but many days have passed and the order does not arrive or information about anything they are definitely not responsible at all, and not to mention the customer service girls are not friendly at all they have a face as if it were the worst day of their life!!
