- DMDalton Maes2 days ago1.0I constantly have my packages dropped off at my neighbor's house. They have a habit of taking them in without looking at the name and I have called on 3 separate occasions to the USPS Customer service line for their delivery drivers to read my address and drop off my packages at my residence. They consistently fail to look at the unit number. I want my items and the USPS's negligence is aiding in the theft of my mail. I wish I could contact the postmaster general directly for this gross oversight. But unfortunately the only method of contacting them is within their own, broken, automated system. Their system does call me back, but immediately hangs up as soon as I respond. If this keeps happening, I will be forced to take legal action. It's quite frankly rediculous. Not to mention on one occasion, when I talked directly with one of their drivers who dropped off my package to the completely wrong street, the man reeked of beer.
