  This review is only for the asian lady working at the counter. She was very unfriendly and rude. I was standing in line waiting for her to finish helping a customer. She looked at me once the customer left and said, "We are closed." No greeting, no hello. It was 12:58 pm. Like you could have been nice about it. I just needed two international stamps for letters. She then told me my letters could not be sent out. I was mailing a few extra wedding invites with a wax seal and told her a guy here WAS SO NICE and helped me mail out 100+ wedding invites that were all the same. He even brought out a thing to test that my letter would be sent and delivered okay with their slots. She just looked at me and goes "no they will be sent back." Worst customer service, and she just seemed like I was such an inconvenience to her. I come here often and usually get helped by such nice people! I was so bummed to have had this lady. I went down the street to the Bothell post office, and they were SUPER NICE and mailed my letters out with no problem. Zero stars for this lady, love this post office, so thats a bummer.

  Absolutely trash post office with trash employees. The lady with the glasses who sits at the main counter, received my package and I heard a beep before I left the office, but there was no update when I tried to track it and they have lost my $200 battery. But there is no apology from their side, and this lady didn’t even look at me while I was talking to her colleague and trying to recover my package. Such terrible service never come to this post office and do not deal with this terrible employee. Be warned.

  I am torn about rating because Erica is our mail carrier and she is amazing!! This rating and review is strictly for Chi behind the counter. I recently went to get postage for an envelope I had weighed and checked the postage amount online before I went in. She weighed the envelope. The terminal quickly showed the same amount I saw at home. I was shocked when Chi then asked me for 45 cents more than the amount the terminal had said. I pointed out what the terminal had said and she said "no, that wasn't it." Then I told her I had weighed and calculated the amount at home and Chi began to shake the scale and then said, "oh, it was the scale." The terminal then showed again EXACTLY what it had previously. If you overcharge every customer, is that like tips at the end of each shift? I have never experienced this at a US post office previously. Use another cashier.
