- AZA ZAug 10, 20261.0I would recommend using another post office. I understand that people can be frustrated with their own lives, but that should not carryover into service of customers. I found it to be a very difficult encounter and left without sending my mail because I was concerned about mistakes being made, and it is a very important notice that needs to make it where it is going. I hope the person who waited on me has a better day moving forward.

I have three security cameras and routinely watch Sunday delivery drivers cruise right past my house. The reason? The Postmaster allegedly instructed them not to deliver because I don't have a "tote." The Postmaster is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and power-tripping over basic community mail delivery. It took an arm and a leg just to get a mailbox approved here. The counter staff are fine, but the Postmaster treats everyone like an inconvenience. Upper management needs to step in and replace her with someone who actually cares about customer service.
- ABAmy BergmanMay 14, 20211.0Rang the bell a couple of times upon hearing voices behind the main door and no one ever came. Waited forever. So I left to take my business elsewhere. If they can’t hear the bell they place out front behind a closed door then another system needs to be put in place.
