- LHLeah Huff2 days ago1.0Absolutely disgustingly rude. Everyone at this office needs to be fired. It is unacceptable that they’ve gotten so comfortable with their high pay, union job that they treat everyone like shit. The post master, Sarah, refuses to give any helpful information. We asked her to check if we can move our mailbox after the rude girl at the counter bitched about it. She said she’d get to it and call us back. Never did. Just lied and said she did. So another week goes by and she says “well you have to come in and add your name to the board and no, I don’t know when I’ll be able to check your mailbox”. Wouldn’t anyone with a brain tell us that we need to add our name to a board a WEEK AGO???? She knew we needed to replace our mailbox. But she only gives you one word answers and leaves it at that.
- SESchultz ElijuaSep 18, 20261.0In 2 years I’ve been here 3 times, EVERY time is the same rude and confused experience no matter who you work with I had mail on hold while traveling for work, the lady at the desk was in a hurry to go home on a Friday (4:45) and told me there was no mail for me and that I must be wrong. Assuming I made a mistake I came home to …… ✨NO MAIL✨….. because it was on hold… I leave town for work again and they’re closed all weekend so we’ll try again in 2 weeks
- SMScott McKnightSep 11, 20261.0They never deliver packages even though we have a drop box. Amazon pays them for a service they won’t do. It’s funny how an Amazon delivery driver has no problem delivering packages. Horrible post office.
- AZA ZAug 10, 20261.0I would recommend using another post office. I understand that people can be frustrated with their own lives, but that should not carryover into service of customers. I found it to be a very difficult encounter and left without sending my mail because I was concerned about mistakes being made, and it is a very important notice that needs to make it where it is going. I hope the person who waited on me has a better day moving forward.
