- GHGordon Hewitt1 day ago1.0The 1.6-star rating for the Kalama Post Office is completely justified. I have three security cameras and routinely watch Sunday delivery drivers cruise right past my house. The reason? The Postmaster allegedly instructed them not to deliver because I don't have a "tote." The Postmaster is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and power-tripping over basic community mail delivery. It took an arm and a leg just to get a mailbox approved here. The counter staff are fine, but the Postmaster treats everyone like an inconvenience. Upper management needs to step in and replace her with someone who actually cares about customer service.

- JSJennifer StewartAug 31, 20211.0Extremely disappointed with our mail carrier and the people working the front desk. Moved to town and wanted to set up a mailbox rather than a PO Box. Went to the post office and got a piece of paper with the specifications on where to place the mail box. The lettering was so faint we had to look up online for the guidelines! Two years later and the mail carrier decides they don’t want to deliver packages to our front door if they don’t fit in the mail box, so they always leave one of those ‘sorry we missed you’ notes in the mailbox. Like seriously, we are home most days and you never even came up the driveway!

Constantly getting other people’s important mail and missing things that I should have received in the mail. It’s very concerning that they are so careless with the mail and they shove packages so tight in the mailbox it nearly breaks it because they’re too lazy to drive it up to your house. My neighbors keep getting our packages as well. It’s just an all around mess. They need new employees.
