- AAAlesiaSep 25, 20261.0By far the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with! They love making up rules to why they can’t ever do their job! My mom retired from the post office after 30 years, so I know how the postal service works! I wouldn’t recommend this post office if someone paid me to!

- MBMax BenoitAug 22, 20261.0Went in to drop a poshmark order off for my wife, upon entering I handed the package off to an associate the associate said that they were not able to accept the package because the prepaid shipping label from poshmark displayed a date on it that was a few days prior to the date I was dropping it off. I explained that the date on the label was the day of the sale, and questioned as to why it had to match. The associate claimed it was postal policy, not just to being on a military post, but all post offices. I explained that my wife and i had shipped numerous packages with poshmark labels, from multiple different post offices and we had never had the issue. The employees reply to that was "well someone isnt doing their job." The employee explained that I would need to reach out to poshmark to get a new label with the current date on it. I left without dropping off the package, and the next day went to my local post office closer to home (much to the disdain of the buyer who was becoming frustrated) and had no issues dropping off the package. The employee scanned the label, weighed the package and set it aside for shipment. I asked the employee about the said policy mentioned by the employee from the previous day and they said that employee was completely wrong.
- TBtoni bJun 24, 20201.0I would have to agree with some of the other customers on the professionalism at this post office. The lady everyone is talking about is very rude and very unprofessional. Im pretty sure she's not Asian though. She was rude to me but i over looked it at first. After she was done proving services to me i walked out to use the kiosk or self service machine. Just as all the customers were gone (so she thought) i over heard her having a conversation with a coworker about all the customers. So i stand there for a minute then i walked back in and said " I couldn't help but to overhear you speaking negatively about your customers and im just curious to know if I happened to be one of those customers?" None of which were rude to her in anyway. They may have displayed frustration but no rudness at all. You should've seen the look on her face as she says "no." I then asked if they had any comment cards (ice comment cards) she was nice enough to let me know that they didn't have them because they're not apart of the military so thats when i turned to this Google review. Not happy with the way she conducted herself prior to being comforted about her negative comments. My husban has even expressed dissatisfaction with the service as well. Someone need to be reevaluated on her customer service skills asap! :|
