The lead clerk was consistently rude throughout the interaction. I inquired about a lost package and she was short and dismissive with her response. After I left, I returned a few minutes later with a follow-up question in regard to the same matter. When she came out from the back, she looks at the line of people then looks at me and said, “Did you not understand me the first time?” Seems like she just wanted to make a scene. What kind of leader approaches customers in that way most especially with those choice of words. She couldn’t even answer politely. She should be embarrassed of herself with how she presents herself as a “lead.” Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have the ability to speak properly to customers. The leadership in this office should be reevaluated, as the current lead clerk does not demonstrate the basic professionalism or courtesy expected when assisting customers.

By far the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. Just making up “regulations” whenever they want to be lazy. Go to DuPont to do business.

I wasn’t home to sign for my package. I looked up the address and saw the negative reviews and was annoyed but I came in and got helped by Chris, he was very professional and helpful.

Serenity melenkez you was very rude to the old man at the post office. The old man was very polite and try to help you. And yes I was standing behind you two during the hold discussion. You claimed to send off two packages however only one has tracking. You accuse the old man of stealing your package when it could of been you that did not send the package . Wait and see if there is tracking later. And respect your Elders

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND GET TREATED POORLY. i literally go out of my way to go to a different post office (the DuPont one is amazing) because this post office is the worst. There's always a long line, place is usually a mess, not to mention the rudest service workers ever. One time I asked for a small piece of tape for a small envople (which most post offices will gladly share their roll) the cashier looked at me like I was stupid and said 'nope, you'll have to by a $4 roll' her tape dispenser was within reach but she refused to let me have a one inch long piece of tape??? Like come on lady, I'm not asking for free postage or discounts. It's literally a piece of tape. I would always leave this place in a bad mood.
