- BTBarbara ThorntonAug 24, 20261.0No clear instructions on “self service “ machines, out of mailing products!, 8 people in line, one person at desk. Just terrible’. I expect better in Issaquah!
- DFDaniel FulmerAug 15, 20261.0If the chute is closed, go to a different post office. The employees are not nice here and will just abandon their customers for significant periods of time. Made multiple attempts to drop off prepaid, no receipt needed packages. Drop off chute was labeled as "out of order" on both visits. On first attempt, one long-haired guy was working the counter and left after helping one customer and did not return. I left after he had not returned for twenty minutes. On second attempt, I was accosted for the amount of packages I was dropping off and that one was in a re-used box. The re-used box was shipped to us through the same USPS service that it was being shipped out as. Was referred to business pickup for this amount of packages. After explaining that business pickup has repeatedly failed to show up, I was told that the amount of packages being dropped off was causing a "massive issue". I have never received notice that this amount was an issue when the drop off chute was in operation.

We have mail trucks to wait for at previous stops and not to mention construction and the warehouse makes us late too. Take it up with Amazon, not the 3rd partry drivers
