- A黃士澤4 days ago1.0The situation of this post office is getting worse day by day and there is no improvement. Especially these 5 years. I have lived here for almost 30 years, and I am ashamed of this post office and their service attitude.

- AAAshleyMay 8, 20261.0I honestly dread having to deal with this post office. Every time i have to deal with them there is an issue. One time i got a package delivered but they decided that i did not live at that address so the carrier took it to the post office and they would not release it because the lady that use to live there has mail being forwarded. The strange thing is the package was in my name so why would they forward it to her?? because they are incompetent. When i called the manager told me that her name is on the package. How could her name be on the package when i ordered it in my name. I went to the post office to pick it up and low and behold it was in my name. This time around i ordered a computer chair. They did not deliver it stating it was oversized and said they would redeliver. It has been 3 days and no attempt was made to redeliver. Tried calling them but of course they do not ever answer the phone. I know that the job description mentions that they have to be able to lift up to 70lbs. My computer chair is less than that. Why accept packages you cannot deliver? I hate that amazon uses them for certain things. They absolutely suck. So now i am going to have to drive over there and deliver my own package since they are too incompetent to do their job!
