Even though there was literally no one else in line behind me, the staff member flat-out refused to assist me at the counter and forced me to use the self-service kiosk instead. I struggled with the machine for quite a while, unable to figure out the correct options or process, and eventually had to leave empty-handed without getting my package mailed. Frustrated, I drove over to the Kirkland USPS location instead. The staff there were fantastic—they helped me at the counter, and it took them all of 30 seconds to get everything processed and handled. If staff aren't willing to do their jobs or help customers when the lobby is empty, what is the counter even for? Terrible experience at the Issaquah branch; I will be driving out of my way to go to Kirkland from now on.

Lost 2 packages (in months) after returned to shipper because employees can't place packages in the correct numeric order at the Issaquah facility. Last number of our address is FIVE, so FIVE is the correct shelf to put our pkg for redelivery Left notes in person multiple times w/tracking # after it showed our items WERE waiting to be picked up at the Issaquah location. Employee simply said I had been in while completely failing to give our note to Jim, our carrier. Employee failed to send out redelivery slip w/carrier, which is the required. This step isn't optional, it's your job. Online - Electronic signature delivery isn't avail (?) for our address after being advised by employee & carrier to select that option. Yes, our other neighbors have it. Online chat function & phone # don't work? Never encountered such inept work standards. One⭐is being generous...
