  Worst customer service. Came in with an Amazon return that was submitted saying I don’t have a box or label, logged into the return kiosk and it didn’t print a label so I stood in line to ask and the employee had an attitude like I should know everything about this process I’ve never done before. Told me I needed to pay $2 to print the label, whatever I’m not going to argue over $2. He then told me I need to pay $1.60 for a bag to ship it in, my item was in a bag and he said he wasn’t able to ship it in that bag? He then attempted to charge me for the bag after I said I didn’t need it. I told him I don’t need the bag just the label and went to the kiosk area and grabbed a bag someone left and stood back in line to drop it off and then another employee told me I needed to tape the label on and pointed at the table so I asked where the tape was and he pointed to the wall and said I needed to buy the tape. Get real. I had to ask 4 times before they would give me a label sleeve and take the package. Me asking for clarity on a process I’ve never done before is not a reason to be rude and condescending. Neither of those grown men should be working in customer service.

  Always quick, friendly, and efficient with shipping options. Store hours are convenient and plenty of parking.

  Although the signs and ads say they print business cards. They said the signage was outdated. Honestly, they just don't know how. Don't bother

  There was a language barrier. Couldn’t answer any questions. He said to call the customer service. I did they gave me another number that was out of service. Terrible Horrible customer service.
