  I think I had an unpleasant encounter with the same woman other reviewers talked about. I white short haired lady was rude from the start. She sighed when I came in with my tools and was just rude and miserable it seemed. Maybe she should find another job if she hates that one so much. Also got mad cause she didn’t ask me what the declared value was on my tools. She complained that she’ll have to do everything over again. She was horrible

  Very unpleasant employee at this location. Made it a couple of minutes before closing, doors were open. Had one prepaid package. Simple. The worker was inside. Yet she was like “nope”. Cant help you.

  I recently had a package delayed that contained a live animal — my daughter's tortoise — and the team at this FedEx center went above and beyond to ensure it reached us safely. They worked diligently from the moment they learned about the situation. Not only did they track the package closely, but they also secured special permissions to release it earlier than usual so the tortoise wouldn’t have to wait any longer in the closed box. Throughout the process, the staff was empathetic, humane, and incredibly attentive. Thanks to their efforts, my daughter’s tortoise arrived safe and healthy. The relief and happiness on her face when she saw the tortoise was okay meant everything. I’m deeply grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone involved. This FedEx center truly exemplifies excellent customer care.
