- STSerena TangDec 13, 20215.0Most of the reviews are about the mail carrier and packages left on doorsteps or mis-delivered mail. My review is regarding sending packages while being in lobby of the mail office. Lots of people come in rushes and currently there is only ONE person working, who I ALWAYS have a wonderful interaction with. She works hard and does her best with everyone waiting in line. We have all been there, when there is a line and you can only go as fast as you can go. She is pleasant every time I see her and my packages have always arrived to where I am sending them. Personally, I have had great service with them and I am very thankful.

I am wondering how their management still putting up with such a bad service. Maybe management who is in charge of Gold Bar office need to be replaced too? Also I wonder who authorized this office to be closed on Saturday which is a big inconvenience for people who actually pay their salary and nice benefits?
