The 1-star rating is for the unhelpful and rude employee that I had the misfortune of dealing with today. We came into the store with a UPS Label/bar code for a return from Costco. Typically, when UPS comes to pick up returns that is comprised of 2 or more boxes, there is no problem. Knowing this, we came in with our 2 heavy boxes and one shipping label/code, assuming it would be the same experience. However, the rude employee said he can't ship 2 boxes with just one label/code. We would have to put it in one box, which he did not offer to even sell us. Anyway, I mentioned my UPS pickup experience, where they will typically accept 2 boxes under 1 label. He replied very rudely, "We're not UPS!" For a moment, I looked around and thought I had accidentally walked into a Fedex. I was so confused and asked, isn't this a UPS I'm in right now? He said, no, we are not UPS. After a few more "Who's on first" style exchanges, he finally said that UPS is not the same company as the UPS Store. Anyway, dude has a bad attitude. He could have been more polite when explaining the policy. TO MANAGEMENT: This employee is an older person, wears glasses (at the end of his nose, from which he condescendingly looks down at you) and a facemask, and worked the front desk at 10:15am on Aug 2, 2025.

I will have to agree with other reviewers that the gentleman here with a mask is a nightmare to deal with. First of all he insists that we use the kiosk, which is not something we have to do. He also messed up my return to Amazon. Because he is clearly out of practice processing returns, he lumps the two returns together and kept saying that there was just one code for both not realizing that they were two packages. He is rude and ignorant, which is a terrible combination.
