- JSJim ShortApr 18, 20221.0The Freeland Post Office is completely overwhelmed and totally understaffed to accomplish their mission. This is the fault of the supervisors who apparently have lost the ability, for whatever reason, to do their jobs. The organization is failing so fast they may not be able to be saved. Totally dysfunctional.
- BBBrenda BlivenAug 7, 20215.0They are always fast and courteous at this postal office. Never rude or quick tempered, and they do so much work in one day. It's clean, orderly, and a fast visit whenever I've visited this post office. I appreciate what they do for our community as a whole.
- RLRonni LeaJun 27, 20211.0This review is not about the post office in general. It's about deliveries. Time and time again I get told that "delivery was attempted" when it absolutely has not been. Just happened literally ten minutes ago and I was sitting outside on my front porch when the delivery was "attempted" don't lie. This is ridiculous. And while I'm at it, a friend of ours was visiting and had shipped something to our address with his name on it and they wouldn't deliver it because it didn't have our names on it, they sent it back, even when we went to pick it up. Even though they leave other people's random mail in our box still that no longer live here. It's infuriating and I know it's not only Freeland that is responsible, the Langley post office is a problem too.

- JBJay bleesedMar 12, 20181.0I am very disappointed I had called our local post office after my package wasn't delivered no one could give me any information only thing they could tell me was they're sorry for my inconvenience. They also said they were going to call me back and never did. they said that the package was delivered at 1:42 p.m. Sunday I had just gotten out of church our family was enjoying the sunshine it was beautiful and there was no package. 4th time they've done this to us saying they delivered our package and never did!!! Very disappointed. So where are all of our packages going that's the question?????????
