- JMJane MillsNov 23, 20191.0(11/16/24) Another message of "attempted" delivery when in fact, no the Ford post office USPS did not attempt. I work from home and watched them drive away. I took video! It's on to attorney time. They will not help you if you go in and ask why things are not being delivered. (old post)We have had so much missed mail that we are going to get a post office box. The mail guy won’t bring anything to the door if it’s too big for the mailbox. It says “attempted to contact us” which never happened. We’ve given him our phone numbers too and also gave him a place to drop a package if it was easier. Instead I have to drive to the post office to pick it up which isn’t close to my house because the post man can’t do his job. We will be filing a complaint and not stopping until we get an answer. Ridiculous we have to get a post office box to ensure we get our mail.
