  Peter from Ferguson customer service was absolutely amazing to work with. He was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I felt supported the whole time. Highly recommend—Peter made a big difference!

  Airefco was absolutely phenomenal. After striking out everywhere else (including online), they had both the inducer motor and the correct pressure switches in stock — parts I simply could not find anywhere. Thanks to their expertise, I was able to purchase the right parts, repair my furnace the same day, and get heat restored immediately. What had been quoted elsewhere as a nearly $2,000 repair ended up costing under $400, all because of their knowledge, inventory, and willingness to help. The customer service was top-tier — professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me solve the problem correctly the first time. They quite literally saved the day. I will absolutely be shopping here for any and all future HVAC needs, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their help and professionalism. Highly recommended.

  They have pretty good prices on most of what they offer. I use them as my second place to go for specific items.
