- SPSky PetersonAug 24, 20261.0The service at this Ferndale Post Office today was deeply disappointing. The staff member working the line was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. When asked for information she provided unclear instructions in a very negative attitude. Customer service here needs significant improvement.

I have id’s and cards sent to the business to pick up because it’s more than likely going to end up at my neighbors mailbox. Update 7/7/26 they lost my sons enhanced license and all you get is a shoulder shrug. Last time it was my license in 2025
