You can't even talk to a real person anymore, the robot will just keep running around in circles until you hang up. I haven't trusted them since they all of my most important possessions when I moved. I don't blame the workers, they don't even get paid enough to care, USPS is just irredeemably awful.

Scheduled a re-delivery, no show again.... 4 days later got message from post office that I could pick up ... No apology and rude counter person... No wonder people hate dealing with the USPS
- U1USER 1Sep 11, 20201.0The staff are totally inadequate and not helpful always misplacing packages insisting they are delivered, if you can't do your job right then just quit I've had to many issues with them its dumb, bunch of mail monkeys should be fired this place needs to be under new management! I'm a real patient and nice dude but these folks are ridiculous!
